Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of the game Heroes of Ametria (the "Game"), provided by Wallace Barbosa, an individual established in Brazil ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Who may use it
The Game is not intended for anyone under 13 years old. By using it, you declare that you are at least 13. If you are between 13 and 18, you must use the Game with the knowledge and supervision of a legal guardian.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the security of the account used to sign in (Google or Apple) and for all activity carried out with it.
- Do not share, sell, rent or transfer your account.
- Guest accounts with no access for more than 30 days are deleted automatically, along with the associated progress.
- You may delete your account at any time under Settings > Delete account, or through the public deletion page.
3. Conduct and content — zero tolerance
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour. This applies to guild chat messages, display names, guild names and descriptions, and any other content you create in the Game.
Reports of objectionable content are investigated and, when confirmed, the content is removed and the responsible user is suspended or banned.
It is forbidden to publish, send or display content that:
- constitutes harassment, threats, intimidation or incitement to violence against any person;
- constitutes hate speech or discrimination based on race, colour, ethnicity, origin, religion, disability, age, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation;
- is sexually explicit, or in any way involves the exploitation or sexualisation of minors;
- is spam, unauthorised advertising, chain messages or scams;
- discloses third parties' personal data without authorisation;
- violates third-party rights or applicable law.
It is also forbidden to use cheats, exploits, automation, modified clients, reverse engineering, or any means of obtaining an unfair advantage, interfering with the operation of the Game or overloading the infrastructure.
4. Reporting and blocking
The Game offers the option to report a player or a message and to block a player from the guild chat, the guild member list, the friend options, and the friend request and player search lists.
Blocking is one-sided: it hides the blocked user's messages from you, undoes the friendship and any pending requests between you, and is not disclosed to the blocked person. You can undo a block at any time through the same option, or from the list of blocked players under Settings > Blocked.
We review the reports we receive and act as promptly as possible. Reports may also be sent to support@heroesofametria.com.
5. Consequences
If you violate these Terms, we may, depending on severity and repetition: remove the content, restrict social features, suspend the account temporarily or terminate it permanently, with loss of the associated progress and virtual items, without refund or compensation.
6. In-game items and currencies
Gold, amethysts, energy, characters, pets, equipment, avatars, titles, badges and other in-game items are elements licensed for use inside the Game. They have no real-money value, are not your property nor credit, and cannot be sold, traded or converted outside the Game.
The Game has no real-money purchases, subscriptions or advertising. If that changes, we will update these Terms before the change reaches the game.
7. Intellectual property
The Game, including code, art, characters, texts, sounds and trademarks, is protected by copyright and other applicable laws, and remains owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence to use the Game in accordance with these Terms.
You keep the rights to the content you create (such as chat messages), and grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to host, display and transmit that content within the Game, to the extent necessary to operate and moderate it.
8. Availability and changes to the Game
The Game is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, events, balancing and economy at any time, including to fix errors, balance failures or abuse. We may also discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable advance notice through the available channels.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or permanent preservation of progress in the face of technical failures.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of progress arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Game. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that Brazilian legislation, including the Consumer Protection Code, guarantees on a non-waivable basis.
10. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Game, the services or the laws change. The version in force is always on this page, with the update date. Continued use of the Game after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the user's domicile are elected to settle disputes, where consumer legislation applies.
